Hokule‘a hosted by Na Pali Coast ‘Ohana at Nu‘alolo Kai, Kaua‘i, July 19-21, 2012

Na Pali Coast ‘Ohana was blessed with hosting the Hawaiian wahine nui wa'a Hokule‘a at Nu‘alolo Kai, Na Pali, Kaua‘i. She sailed to us from Hanalei on Friday, July 20, and left for Nāwiliwili early Saturday morning, July 21. We had the honor to show our respects to this beautiful symbol of Hawaiian, as well as all Polynesian, cultural voyaging traditions by dedicating an 'Aha 'Awa ceremony and Pa'ina celebration.
