Visiting Marae with Alice - Tahiti and Mo'orea
Was fortunate to spend a week with my friend Alice this June in Tahiti. It was her first time there and we had a blast visiting ancient sites and exploring Tahiti. She met me there mainly to celebrate the Transit of Venus at Mahina Point on Tahiti island, the same place that Captain Cook observed the transit in 1769. We rented a couple of cars and toured Tahiti and Mo'orea.
